1ST4CHALLENGE 4 WEEK FAT LOSS FOCUS

Description

This is our group training programme for a maximum 7 per group. It is specifically for women who don’t just want to get in shape and lose fat, but get stronger too. We provide you with full body strength training that is set to time, nutrition support and daily coaching in our private forum to ensure that you make amazing progress every day.

£120 (2x Weekly Sessions, 8 in total per month) - Minimum

£180 (3x Weekly Sessions, 12 in total per month) - Recommended

1ST4LEAN

Description

This is our personal training programme for a maximum 4 people per group. This programme is designed to really shape you up! It's open for both men and women who are ready to take their training to the next level and get radical results

We provide you with a strength training to fit your goals, set you up with a bespoke nutrition plan and support. Also get daily coaching in our private forum.

1ST4LEAN HYBRID

Description

 

1st4Lean Hybrid has been created for those who feel comfortable training on their own but want to work with a coach. This programme you will get a training programme every month along side nutrition coaching.

You can either work with us complete remotely or you can take advantage of our training facility and work one to one with one of our coaches a minimum of once a month.

1ST4Shape

Description

This is our one on one lifestyle weight loss programme through solid nutrition. Most fad diets and other slimming clubs teach you their flawed methods, we teach you the very simple principle to weight loss. Once you understand the underpinning principle to weight loss you will see just how much flexibility you truly have with what you can eat.

Online Group Coaching you will be given access to all your documents online where you can update them daily for your coach to see how things are going. You will be set small goals/habits each week. Each one will be a step in the right direction towards your main/ultimate goal for you and your body shape.

VIP One on One coaching will get one 30 minute consultation each week with your coach to weigh in, see how your week has gone and to build upon that success for the coming week.

Both options will have access to our private Facebook group where you will be given motivation and tips to make your weeks easier.

Online Group Coaching

You will have to make sure your documents are up to date but Friday morning for your coach to review your week on Saturday mornings and leave feedback.
